At Triathlon Zone we pride ourselves in equipping our customers with the right style and the right size bike. Should you choose to purchase from us we will set time aside to measure you professionally with the aid of our bikefitting equipment (appointments are available outside opening hours for this service). From measurements taken on 10 anatomical points, the aim is to establish the right geometry so that your new bike is fitted to your specifications, ensuring the right reach and the right seat height for efficient power transfer.
After a few months all bikes need fine tuning. As part of our after sale customer care we will do so as many times as you require. For any other questions or queries you may have, we aim to be approachable and to offer practical advice and help as appropriate. Our pre and after sale service is always included in the price of the bike which is never more than the distributor's RRP.
